Lisa: āJane is fantastic to work with and a real bright spark āØĀ She has an incredible thirst for learning #learnbydoing and is always willing to jump in and help on projects #winasateam. I canāt wait to see rocket through her career here - sheās one to watch! šā (post on #gratitude Slack channel - with multiple +1 reactions from across the company)
Sam: āJane has a natural ability in product design. Sheās experimental, curious and takes a learnerās mindset to problems. Iād like to see Jane continue to develop in her role to a point where sheās confident to deliver on tasks with minimal oversight from us Senior Product Designers.ā (feedback to YOO directly)
Dan: āYouāre such an energetic spirit, and are always moving forward positively! I love that you come to every situation with an open mind and a hoard of questions - youāre an absolute pleasure to work with š¤ā (DM from Dan to Jane)
Sung: āI can see a lot of potential in Janeās technical ability. In the short time Iāve worked with her, Janeās shown the key foundations for a successful career in product design: passion, curiosity and a willingness to learn from those around her. I would like to see her own a small project (from start to finish) and deliver results for the users.ā (feedback to YOO directly)
Dalia: āJane has been an absolute angel in my first months here. She proactively reached out to grab a cuppa and talk about how things were going; she has a heart of gold. Iām so excited to continue working with Jane and (hopefully) see her step into a Product Designer role really soon!ā (feedback from Daliaās onboarding feedback survey)
