Lisa: ā€œThere was a recent incident where Dalia missed her deadline to deliver our design spec of our upcoming LH notebook, which meant Marketing wasn’t able to push out a really important promotional piece. Dalia didn’t communicate to any of us in the team that this was a risk - otherwise, we absolutely could have helped her! When the feedback was raised, she said she wasn’t aware of the deadline and got really visibly frustrated... She has an amazing resolve to put her head down and deliver work, and I’d love to see her succeed here, so this was really disappointing! šŸ˜©ā€

Sam: ā€œI’ve noticed Dalia doesn’t readily ask for help. This has had a real impact on the delivery of her work, and would be something I’d want to see significant improvement on before I could say she’s living our Win as a team value. She also seems to need a lot of communication and direction, when sometimes she just needs to dive in and give it a go.ā€

Dan: ā€œI think Dalia’s great! She comes to my Wellbeing Wednesday sessions, it’s been great to see her so keen to get involved. She balances work and being a mum to three adorable kids - what a woman!ā€

Jane: ā€œDalia is always asking questions, which is great. Love a curious person, as it pushes us all to think about what we’re doing, where we’re headed and why. The only flag I’d raise is that she seems really stressed and unclear on what she should be doing on her projects which she’s talked to me about over coffee.ā€

Mo (CMO): ā€œUnfortunately Dalia has not delivered on work committed which has had a knock on effect to my team’s deliverables. It’s been a really disappointing experience and unfortunately as a result she has not at all lived two of our core values: Build trust or Win as a teamā€

Matt (VP of Manufacturing): ā€œI’ve not seen much of Dalia in her first three months, so there’s a limit to the feedback I can provide, being honest! It would’ve been nice to connect with her more as our functions work so closely together.ā€
