Lisa: “Sung is FANTASTIC, technically. His product design knowledge and expertise have really lit the team’s soul on fire 🔥 and helped level us up as a department #RaisetheBar. However, I do feel like Sung has struggled to integrate with the team. He never seems keen to catch up for coffee and chats ☕ and hasn’t joined a single monthly team social..”

Sam: “It’s clear Sung is a very skilled Product Designer, and a great mentor to the team. I also appreciate his communication style (we’re very aligned here). I do feel Sung sometimes questions things that aren’t really relevant to him or his work, though. I don’t really feel I know him as a person.”

Dan: “Unfortunately I’ve not felt a connection to Sung at all since he’s joined. I find him incredibly unapproachable, and just uninterested in others. He actually left a call in the middle of me talking about my upcoming Spiritual Awakening and Mindfulness Retreat in Hawaii. Not a way to Build trust or Win as a team, if you ask me!”

Jane: “Sung has been a fantastic person to learn from but I do find him a bit withdrawn and hard to contact at times - I know he’s really protective of his time outside of work, but it can be frustrating when you need something quickly of an evening and he’s not checking his Slack.”
